El Timbe is part of the Folcore Collective. Folcore is a Barcelona based audiovisual collective working on fusion and unveiling underground electronic dancefloor music. In El Timbe's case, he created "Dumbia" : a mash-up of cumbia with dubstep, dancehall, funk, bass, moombahton, 3ball and kwaito.

Bring out the airhorns!! Big news: we're playing at the Noorderslag Festival 2012, Groningen (NL). Noorderslag is one of the biggest showcase festival of the Netherlands and takes place on the 14th of January.
